Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of operational processes and workflows.
- Support project management tasks related to programming and events.
- Help analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal communications and team collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous internship or related experience in operations or project management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and project management software is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing innovative solutions.
- Genuine enthusiasm for improving operational processes and enhancing service quality.
- Self-starter with good time management skills.
