- Answering the Front Desk Phone and directing Phone Calls where needed
- Manage Student Life Storage spaces
- Manage Games Checkout
- Manage printer paper
- Manage DSAC 1021
- Manage Kitchen
- Manage Incoming and Outgoing Mail for Office of Student Life
- Manage Student Life Access Cards
- Help Students with questions regarding
- Assist GA in tasks as assigned
- Make sure fliers in Table Toppers/table signs are accurate inside DSAC 1021
- Manage Public Posting places
- Manage Toilet Times
- Manage Display Cases
- Manage Window Paint and Sidewalk Chalk Projects
- Manage DSAC 1021 Decorations
- Manage Intake for PNW student population
- Manage Food Pantry in DSAC 1021
- Maintain clean environment within pantry location
- Oversee inventory and properly label donated items within the pantry
- Provide quality customer service and confidentiality of all PNW students that utilize the Food Pantry
- Other duties as assigned by the Office of Student Life

- This position is for Undergraduate students primarily taking classes on the Westville Campus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to follow instructions
