As an Executive Education Program Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the Office of Business Partnerships, driving the creation and implementation of cutting-edge executive education programs and events. You’ll be at the forefront of cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, Purdue faculty and staff, and vendors/agencies. Your mission? To conceptualize, develop, and execute exceptional programming that upholds the integrity of the Daniels School of Business.

About Mitch Daniels School of Business: The Mitch Daniels School of Business aspires to take a top 25 program and transform it into a top 10 program that competes for the best students in the country. The key components of this transformation are:

Education and Experience
BA/BS required
- Five (5) years of experience in a customer relationship management, educational program development or project management role
- Must have experience working in corporate setting
- Must be comfortable working with executives
- Prior knowledge/use of Salesforce and other CRM platforms

- Independent problem-solving skills and strong sense of self-motivation/initiative

- Superior customer relationship and account management skills
- Adept at building collaborative relationships at varying levels of leadership, particularly with corporate executives

- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects with tight timelines and limited supervision
- Maintains grace under pressure and professionalism to meet client needs/demands
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Excellent listenting skills; verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of management education topics
- Prior knowledge/use of Salesforce and other CRM platforms; Airtable a plus
Preferred:
- MS or MBA preferred
- 2 years of experience working with executives in customer relationship management or project management role
- Experience planning and executing professional sales calls or meetings
- Proficiency with budgeting and budget management
