Your Mission
As a key member of the Identity and Access Management Office, you'll be at the forefront of protecting and empowering over 70,000 students, faculty, and staff across three vibrant campuses. Your expertise will ensure seamless and secure access to critical systems, fostering a thriving academic environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide tier 2 support, resolving complex identity and access incidents
- Manage service requests using cutting-edge IT Service Management tools
- Grant and remove access across enterprise systems like Active Directory, O365, and ERPs
- Collaborate on projects to enhance security and streamline access processes
- Conduct audits to maintain the integrity of our digital environment
Your Impact
Your work will directly contribute to the safeguarding sensitive information for 50,000 students and 20,000 faculty / staff. You will be ensuring smooth operations across Purdue's expansive multi-campus system as well as advancing the university's mission through secure, efficient access management.

About Us :
Purdue Information Technology is the central information technology organization serving students, faculty and staff at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Purdue Fort Wayne, Purdue Northwest, Purdue Indianapolis and Purdue Global. Purdue IT is responsible for major operational systems, the campus wired network and one of the world's largest wireless networks.
