What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Assistant, Lead position at Purdue University?
The Lead Business Assistant at the Office of Research will work collaboratively with departmental faculty, staff, students and other business units or areas, performing higher level business functions to support the fiscal management process for assigned areas. Tasks in this role may include account management, report creation, billing, new user set up, scholarship posting, effort reporting, and invoice processing. The Lead Business Assistant may serve as a subject matter expert for specific functional areas. This position may supervise temporary or student staff as appropriate.
Hybrid work will be considered for this position based on the candidate’s location and interest.

Qualified candidates will need:
- High School Diploma
- 4 years of relevant work experience
Skills needed:
