The Graduate Administrative Professional (GAP) is a half-time (20 hours per week) appointment, requiring evening and weekend responsibilities in Student Activities and Organizations (SAO). The position begins in May 2025, is a 12 month appointment and carries a stipend and tuition remission for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters. Duties: This GAP position works closely with the Student Fee Advisor Board, the Purdue Student Government Treasurer, and the Business Office for Student Organizations; reviews and approves expenditures, prepares spreadsheets for board meetings, and prepares appeals for review and reports on student fee spending and savings; presentations, event consultations, student organization meetings, and office coverage; interacts with students on a one-on-one, group, and presentation basis in advising and guiding their decisions in regards to fee funds and student organization events.
