What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Doc Research Associate position at Purdue University?
The Department of Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Science at Purdue University has an opening for a postdoctoral researcher within the research group of Professor Ali Bramson. The exact projects to be worked on are flexible and can be tunable to the candidate's interests, but could include topics related to ice and volatiles, planetary thermophysics, surface and subsurface characterization, radar remote sensing, and/or the integration of spacecraft data with modeling. The position is expected to run for 2 years, with opportunities to seek additional funding.
Applications must include a CV and a letter of application (~2 pages) that describes prior relevant experience, research interests, what you’d like to get out of the postdoctoral experience, and a comment on timeline/availability to start the position (which would ideally be by the start of the Fall 2025 semester).
