In this exciting role, you'll oversee the launch, administration, and management of a groundbreaking program that focuses on principled business leadership. Collaborate with the Academic Director to lead the development, design, and execution of an engaging video series, establish and organize an inspiring lecture series, and coordinate curriculum and activities for a related course and co-curricular experiences. You'll also manage timelines, budgets, and resources for program initiatives, and work with the Daniels Marketing and Communications team to create and implement a compelling marketing strategy. Additionally, you'll develop metrics to evaluate program success and impact, and create plans for continuous improvement. Cornerstone for Business, part of the Cornerstone Integrated Liberal Arts program at Purdue University, emphasizes business success and principled leadership in generating value for society.

The salary range for this position will be around $88,000 - $99,000 per year, plus benefits, depending on education and experience.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, philosophy, ethics, or a related field
- 6 years of professional work experience in higher education or corporate setting
- Strong analytical skills for assessing program effectiveness and utilizing insights for continuous improvement

Preferred:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in business or related fields with a focus on leadership, ethics, or education
- Experience with media production and multimedia communication
- Experience with curriculum development, particularly with a focus on ethics, leadership, or business principles
