Education and Experience Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree required in a business-related field, preferred
- At least six (6) years of experience in recruitment, staffing and/or sales, working with all levels of management
Skills Needed:
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end process management and strategy development related to workforce planning and talent engagement
- Strong understanding of strategic marketing principles and organizational branding to attract and retain top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and process improvements
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and sourcing tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
