Responsibilities

- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Perform drywall repair and plastering as needed to ensure smooth surfaces.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks related to painting and finishing.
- Execute caulking tasks to seal gaps and provide a finished look.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools are properly stored after use.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
Experience
- Proven experience in painting, with a portfolio showcasing previous work preferred.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
- Experience in remodeling and restoration projects is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in drywall installation and repair techniques.
- Knowledge of frame carpentry principles is beneficial.
- Ability to operate various power tools safely and efficiently.
