Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
- Apply paint, stains, or finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Assist with fixture installation and frame carpentry tasks as required.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to renovate spaces according to client needs and project timelines.
- Perform caulking duties to ensure proper sealing of joints and edges.
- Utilize knowledge of color theory to assist in selecting appropriate color schemes for projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site.
Experience
- Proven experience in painting and labor-related tasks within a construction environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with stucco application techniques is a plus.
- Experience in remodeling projects is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
