Car Washer/Detailer (part-time)

Pay Rate: $9.00 - $11.00 hourly 100% of tips

Job Type: Part-time, 2 – 3 days per week (weekends required)

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Crew Members to join our busy team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hand wash and detailing services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Hand washing and drying vehicles
• Vacuuming and cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors
• Removing trash and debris from vehicles
• Using various auto detailing supplies and equipment
• Performing specialty detailing services such as hand waxing, buffing, engine cleaning, and carpet or seat shampooing
• Ensuring all work orders are completed to customer specifications

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions
• Availability to work long hours and a varying schedule to meet the needs of a fast-paced location
• Ability to operate a manual transmission (stick shift)
• Must be 18 years of age
• Attention to detail: Ability to meticulously clean and detail vehicles to a high standard
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for windows, upholstery, and other vehicle surfaces
• Customer service skills: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• High energy
• Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Car wash experience: Previous experience working in a car wash or detailing environment is preferred but not required
• Window tinting: Experience or knowledge of window tinting techniques and procedures
• Buffing: Proficiency in using buffing equipment to restore vehicle paintwork
• Clean driving record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
