SALES ASSOCIATE- PURE BARRE BOUTIQUE FITNESS STUDIO

Pure Barre is a barre fitness studio and performance and athleisure wear boutique. Sales Associates provide administrative support for all studio activities, develop and maintain client relationships, and specialize in retail and membership sales. Managing our studio front, Sales Associates are an integral part of the Pure Barre Shreveport community.

SALES ASSOCIATE DUTIES:

• Provides outstanding customer service, builds client relationships, creates an impressionable Pure Barre Experience, and promotes the Pure Barre Lifestyle.
• Performs Lead Generation tasks daily to meet scheduling quota for our introductory class, Pure Foundations. Practices Pure Barre sales techniques to meet sales quota for new packages and memberships.
• Maintains knowledge of all retail lines carried in the studio. Consults clients on retail purchases and ensures retail/merchandising is organized and displays are clean.
• Navigates and masters the ClubReady point of sale system for sales transactions, class sign-ups and check-ins, and client account management.
• Completes the daily opening and/or closing tasks of the studio (e.g., counting cash, studio preparation and cleaning, client correspondence, etc.).
• Provides shift coverage for coworkers and maintains a flexible schedule.
• Demonstrates consistency in punctuality, professional appearance, and reliability.
• Regularly attends classes to understand and experience the Pure Barre technique.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• Prior boutique, women's retail or fitness sales experience
• Experience with PC, Word and Excel
• Comfortable learning and navigating within our Point of Sale software and Google share
• Social Media Design a plus!
• Bachelor degree preferred

• Sales Associates are Part-time, $12.00 per hour
• Must be available to work: 3 - 4 Weekday shifts 7:45 am- 1:30 pm, occasional 4:00-8 pm shift. Weekends- must be available to work two weekends a month, Saturdays 8:00 am- 2:00 pm and Sundays 1:30- 5:00 pm.
