We are seeking a General Manager who is driven, dynamic, and enthusiastic about health and fitness to lead our team and drive studio growth.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Membership Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual studio revenue goals.
- Lead by example in driving membership sales, renewals, and retail sales.
- Conduct studio tours, respond to inquiries, and provide an exceptional customer experience to convert prospects into members.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including memberships, attendance, and retail sales.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain front desk staff and sales associates.
- Provide regular coaching and performance evaluations to the team.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and group sales targets.
Operations & Customer Service:
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and staff management.
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and operates at the highest standard.
- Act as the main point of contact for member concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Collaborate with the ownership team to plan and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to attract new members.
- Build strong relationships with members, local businesses, and community organizations to foster brand loyalty.
- Leverage social media and other digital platforms to promote the studio and engage with current and potential members.
Qualifications:
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams in a fitness, retail, or service-oriented environment.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive member experience.
- Organization & Accountability: Detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for Fitness: Familiarity with Pure Barre or similar fitness concepts preferred. Pure Barre Instructor certification is a bonus.
