With more than 600 franchise locations in the United States and Canada, Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness. We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre Waco seeking a qualified Sales Manager. A person who focuses on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. This position provides the perfect opportunity to interact with clients daily to create a supportive and meaningful community!

Duties:
Sales - 70%
- Lead generation including grassroots and networking events
- Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into introductory classes
- Assist with studio retail sales
- Manage memberships in studio CRM Platform
- Ensure daily lead management checklist is executed
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Adhere to standard operating procedures designed by corporate sales team
Operational - 30%
- Assist studio teaching staff / general manager
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Adhere to studio policies and procedures
- Any other duties assigned by studio owner / general manager
Requirements
- 2 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
- Confident in generating personal sales
- Ability to manage & drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail sales
- Ability to excel in fast changing, diverse environment
- Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, members, and the general public
Schedule
- Average of 20 hours per week *
Typical Week:
- Sunday through Wednesday; 4pm - 8pm
- Thursday & Friday off
- Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
*This is a part time position. Candidate must have regular weekend availability, with the flexibility toadjust weekly shifts as needed.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Salary : $15
