Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cell Culture Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mammalian cell culture and a passion for scientific research.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mammalian cell culture experiments under the guidance of senior researchers
- Perform tissue culture techniques and maintain cell lines
- Assist in conducting flow cytometry, Western blot, and other molecular biology assays
- Support laboratory activities related to genetics and bioinformatics research
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results
Experience
- Prior experience in mammalian cell culture and tissue culture is required
- Knowledge of cell biology, genetics, and molecular biology techniques is preferred
- Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and software is a plus
- Experience with Western blotting and assay development is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
