POSITION:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect new & existing clients & facilitate the Pure Barre experience
- Lead generation including attending Grass Roots Marketing and networking events
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
- Practice consistent follow-up and drive membership conversion
- Support and help build in-studio and market engagement and activations
- Ensure Daily Lead Management checklist is executed by Sales Associates
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s goals and needs
- Meet and/or exceed personal and studio sales goals
- Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, and community events) to promote the studio
- Assume responsibility for developing selling skills
- Ability to learn and use POS system; have the expertise and assist/train instructors in how to effectively sell and use the systems
- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
- As the face of the studio when clients walk in, welcome clients, check clients into class, navigate point of sale and scheduling software, and process front desk transactions
- Own the client experience in the studio; resolve client issues
- Perform specific cleaning tasks to ensure standards of cleanliness are observed to ensure client and employee safety
- Contribute to a supportive and fun studio environment and foster positive working relationships
- Act as an in-studio ambassador for all current initiatives and business streams
- Merchandise and stock inventory for retail clothing and other items
- Attend and complete all relative training programs
- Review all SOPs from Corporate Sales team
- Take pictures for social media platforms
- Effectively and efficiently communicate with Studio/Area Leadership
- Supervise studio staff and manage staff schedule
- Enforce studio policies and procedures
- Any other duties as assigned by studio owner
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Warm welcoming and engaging personality
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Must have proficient computer skills and the ability to learn and use the club management software system
- Must have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, text, and email
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with social media content development preferred
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- 2 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives
- Authorization to work in the United States required
- This position is a full-time position that requires availability to work a rotating, weekday and weekend, evening and morning schedule
