Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation
- Drive membership and retail sales through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Conduct grassroots marketing and networking to generate new leads.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Convert leads into members by guiding them through the sales process.
- Studio Operations & Team Management
- Oversee daily studio operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and service levels.
- Train and mentor Sales Representatives, ensuring sales and customer service excellence.
- Enforce studio policies and procedures to maintain a professional environment.
- Collect outstanding dues and maintain accurate financial records.
- Customer Engagement & Community Outreach
- Deliver an exceptional experience to members and prospects.
- Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot client account issues using ClubReady software.
- Plan and participate in community events and local partnerships to increase brand awareness.
- Assist the owner with operational duties, such as ordering supplies and organizing events.
Qualifications
- Sales & Leadership Experience
- Experience in Sales).
- Proven ability to generate personal sales and train others for revenue growth.
- Previous experience in management, supervision, or training roles.
- Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and follow through on projects.
- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to recognize areas for improvement and take initiative to implement solutions.
- Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Technical & Scheduling Requirements
- Comfortable using computer software and learning new programs (ClubReady experience a plus).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive hourly base pay: $20–$26 per hour commission & bonus incentives (for both personal & team sales).
