The Sales Manager will oversee all studio sales functionality.

Manage a team of client coordinatorsCommunicate goals for memberships, retail, and attrition to the teamFigure out a plan for meeting the goalsSell studio membershipsActively make calls, complete tasks and lead by exampleBe present for engage intro classesManage and follow up on membership retention program (as determined by management)Lead generation including attending grassroots marketing, networking events, social media miningImplement sales process to schedule prospects into Engage classes and convert them to membershipsManage First 10 Challenge experienceManage social media content & postingTrain the team on the retail brands available in the studio- help create events that support retail salesConnect with brand reps to upsell their retailManage memberships in studio CRM PlatformEnsure Daily Barre Routine checklist and LASER is executedStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioReview all SOPs from Pure Barre Corporate Sales teamCommunicate SOP weekly scripts to Client coordinators monthly and as neededRearrange the retail space weeklyReview direct reportsEmpower team to grow and figure out how we can develop them as a companyAttend all National Sales calls (or watch the recording within 24 hours)Attend all Marketing calls (or watch the recording within 24 hours)Develop in studio events based on owner goals for the quarter and monthMaintain exceptional cleanliness of the studio and make sure the rest of the team meets the high standardDevelop community partnershipsCommunicate inventory levels at the studio to Executive Assistant weeklyTake a minimum of 2 classes / week (4 recommended) for membership interactionSend Monday Update emails to the entire teamMust be willing to work a variety of hours to ensure maximum exposure to the membership base and be there a peak sales times for new membershipsPoint of contact for all client coordinator questions and teacher clubready questionsResponsible for the studio sales schedule, best maximizing time spent completing tasks and giving clients a first class experienceReview the designated review platform, address any and all negative reviews / needs and work to better them; individually reach out and say thank you for positive reviewsGain referral leadsManage all membership cancellations, downgrades, and freezesAssist in recruiting and hiring client coordinators as needed- keep the pipeline fullRegularly update living document containing staff information : staff birthdays, phone, email, tiktok, insta handles, etc.Recognize and celebrate staff birthdaysDevelop member retention events and processes in conjunction with the lead teacher and regional director i.e. goal setting sessions, supper clubs, book clubs, etc.Maintain the company mission statement and core values at all times and ensure your team does as well; the Sales Manger is the face of the studioREQUIREMENTS :
2 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferredConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales RepresentativesAbility to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail salesPrevious management or supervisory experience requiredAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentMust be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spiritAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgmentAn affinity and passion for fitnessTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicThis is a part-time position.
