We are currently expanding our team in Pure Barre seeking a qualified Operations Manager that is focused on driving leads and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. POSITION :
The Studio Manager will oversee all functionality of studio operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking
- Assist with sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
- Membership and retail sales
- Handle Member Retention tasks & events
- Manage sales staff schedule
- Ensuring that studio retail / products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Work with Sales Manager to Supervise Sales Representatives
- Work with owner to hire / train Sales Representatives
- Proficiency in gym management software and POS to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Work with Lead Teacher to ensure teaching staff has appropriate supplies / equipment
- Ensure Class Schedule is updated in gym management software
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Collect outstanding dues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Enforce studio policies and procedures
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Schedule and participate in networking / community events and studio promotions
- Any other duties as assigned
