Job Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock.
Duties
- Receive and process warehouse stock products
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and forklifts
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Perform daily equipment checks such as cranes and ensure they are in good working condition
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely
- Knowledge of OSHA guidelines for warehouse operations
- Capability to handle heavy lifting tasks efficiently
