We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extension application and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a med spa environment. You will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. A focus on hospitality and an ability to communicate effectively with clients are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide clients with consultations to determine their desired look and make recommendations based on individual preferences.
• Upsell additional services and products that enhance the client experience, including esthetic laser treatments and hair styling services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all health and safety protocols.
• Utilize software such as MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, color theory, and related beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty or med spa industry.
• Familiarity with straight razor techniques is a plus, along with knowledge of esthetic laser treatments.
• Proficient in using scheduling software such as Millennium or MINDBODY.
• Strong upselling skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• A background in hospitality is preferred, emphasizing the importance of creating a positive client experience.
• Knowledge of color theory and hair styling techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
