Responsibilities:

• Perform general house cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Execute deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning services with attention to detail.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure quality service.
• Manage cleaning tasks effectively, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standards.
• Obtain and maintain general liability insurance to cover your work.
• Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment to perform the job to the highest standards.
• Provide your own reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial work.
• Experience with deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and general cleaning is required.
• Experience with green cleaning products and eco-friendly cleaning techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy with excellent communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
