About the role

We are seeking motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable team members to join our team. We are hiring for general dispensary employees to build the team and put people in roles that we feel is best for yourself and the organization. Those roles will include bud tending, inventory, reception, and more. We do not have a set start date, or a planned opening date at this time. However, we plan on filling our pipeline and selecting the individuals who we feel would be the best representation of our company.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of and follow all compliancy rules, per the State of Michigan & LARA
• Maintain and build your working knowledge of the properties and uses of cannabis, as well as learn about our products.
• Provide a speedy, accurate, welcoming, and knowledgeable check out for every guest.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.
• Ensure product on the sales floor is visually appealing and ready for sale.
• Be aware of the daily deals.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Build and maintain customer profiles and experiences.
• Maintain professionality during all customer interactions and service rushes.
• Be able to learn, understand, and use our POS system fluently.
• Help the rest of the team maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Stock product on the sales wall.
• Any additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Candidate Requirements

• Sales/customer service REQUIRED
• Over 21 years old and can pass a background check
• Authorized to work in U.S.
• Knowledge of medical or recreational cannabis uses and/or procedures is a plus
• Be able to maintain a balanced till.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time, carry up to 30lbs, and bend/reach for merchandise.
