Job Summary:

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist patients with scheduling, treatment coordination, and follow-up care.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to create an exceptional patient experience.
- Help patients understand their treatment plans and financial options, providing clear andcompassionate guidance.
- Maintain a smooth daily operation.
- Assist in maintaining patient retention and satisfaction by creating a welcoming and positive experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in dental front office operations or treatment coordination is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, etc.) is preferred.
- Bilingual skills (a plus).
