Animal Care Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking candidate to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the daily operations of our ball pythons and rodents, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for snakes, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Assist in daily operations.
• Must love ball python snakes and truly care for their well being.
• Must be willing to work with and clean rodents and not afraid of them or the dirty work.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as required for various farming activities.
• Must be able to work one evening preferably Monday nights and Saturdays.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the farm facilities and equipment.
• Utilize basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating quantities needed for tasks.
• Participate in animal husbandry practices.
• Support feeding and care and cleaning bins and taking care of all responsiblities necessary.
• Looking for someone who will stay committed not temporary help.

Experience

• Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with pet care is required and a person who loves animals.
• Experience in animal care or husbandry will be beneficial for candidates.
• A background in pet care is required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
