About Us:
Pure Diesel Power is a leader in diesel parts sales and repair services, proudly serving Central Wisconsin and beyond. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our presence online and in the community. We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to take charge of our digital and local marketing efforts.
Position Overview:
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves marketing, storytelling, and building an online brand. You’ll be responsible for creating and posting content, managing social media channels, driving engagement, and helping us reach new and existing customers through smart, creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our IT team on website updates and improvements
- Help manage and maintain our website content, layout, and promotions
- Support apparel branding efforts and assist in apparel line redesign
- Work to grow online and in-store apparel sales through creative marketing

- Create, schedule, and publish content to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar
- Take photos/videos of shop activities, projects, and promotions
- Use tools like Canva or CapCut for light editing and design
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Work with management to plan and execute promotions or local campaigns
- Assist with email marketing, online reviews, and Google My Business updates
- Help with website copywriting, page layout, and product promotions
- Build and manage email and text marketing campaigns
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 1–2 years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding
- Excellent written communication and storytelling ability
- Familiar with basic photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Self-starter who thrives in a hands-on environment
- Interest or background in the diesel/automotive industry a plus
