Pure Energy, Inc. is recruiting a Project Coordinator to assist with the installation production and progress at our Dallas, TX location. You will assist with solar installation operations in this market. Focusing primarily on engaging with and communicating status updates, timelines, and potential obstacles with customers installations.
Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM system to advance projects from sale to install ready & completion
- Coordinate with Area Project Manager customer service and operations as needed for project completions
- Promote a positive, team-oriented environment while maintaining company standards
- Receive and direct inbound calls as needed
- Manage accounts / projects proactively
- Make necessary outbound calls to customers and other parties
- All other duties as assigned
