Job Requirements:
- Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Working smartphone with voice, text, and data
- Commitment to systems and processes provided by the company and management to ensure your success
- Commitment to the agreed-upon schedule and minimum expectations/results
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Daily prospecting and appointment setting in approved markets
-Daily training and weekly meeting attendance
- Coachability to your leadership and our proven system is essential; consistency in presence and performance is equally important
- Commitment to using our CRM and apps, which help make the client and sales experience smooth for all parties
- Speak truthfully, live courageously, master your craft, and enthusiastically WIN for yourself and your loved ones—all while doing something great for others
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Strong ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
- Committed, passionate individual who is aligned with our mission
- Naturally positive, outgoing, and articulate in social settings
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
- Working smartphone
- Personal vehicle (driving required)
Income and Benefits:
-Full-Time: $60,000-$120,000 first-year average earned commissions; $175k sophomore years and up
- Part-Time: Earn an extra $10,000-$40,000/year working 15-24 hrs/week
- Upward mobility across multiple markets, with promotions based on performance rather than tenure
