Description
- Prepare Marina Cafe dining room for patrons by cleaning and setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service
- Maintain table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing utensils as needed
- Support wait staff by assisting them with delivery of food and retrieval of any supplies that they may require
- Maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment and bussing station
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be 14 years of age or older
- Ability to work quickly and as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- All staff under 18 must have a worker’s permit provided by your local school district
