As a Demand Planner, you’ll play a critical role in forecasting product demand, keeping our supply chain running smoothly, and ensuring anglers everywhere get the gear they need! You’ll analyze trends, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and optimize our forecasting process to keep us ahead of the game.

- 2 - 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (APICS certification a plus!).
- Technical expertise in forecasting tools like SAP APO, R/3, and QlikView.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills to drive accurate forecasting.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and engage with key stakeholders.
- A problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
