What will you do?
As an Extruder Technician, you’ll be the master of resin flow, ensuring our production machines get the right materials to create high-quality products. If you love problem-solving and working hands-on with machinery, this role is for you!
- Managing and maintaining resin flow to production machines.
- Troubleshooting and adjusting molding parameters to optimize quality and output.
- Unloading resin from rail cars into silos and keeping resin lines properly supplied.
- Driving a forklift to move and manage resin inventory.
- Keeping the molding department clean, safe, and running smoothly.
- Tackling issues with quick thinking and mechanical know-how.
You’ll play a crucial role in keeping production flowing and making sure every batch meets our high standards!
- 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a molding department.
- Forklift operation experience (bonus points if you're certified!).
- A keen eye for detail to ensure proper material distribution.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to keep production running efficiently.
- A team-oriented mindset—you work well with others and take initiative.
