Grounds/Building Maintenance Person
Join Our Team as a Grounds/Building Maintenance Person at Pure Fishing!
🎣 Hook the perfect job with us! Are you handy, hardworking, and love the great outdoors? Pure Fishing is looking for a Grounds/Building Maintenance Person to keep our facility in top-notch shape. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just enjoy tackling hands-on challenges, we’d love to have you on our team!
What will you do?
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our grounds looking sharp and running smoothly.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Mow lawns, trim trees and shrubs, and keep our landscaping looking pristine.
✅ Plant and maintain flowerbeds to add a pop of color to our workplace.
✅ Water, fertilize, and protect plants from pesky insects.
✅ Take charge of snow removal—keeping our walkways and lots safe (overtime may be required with short notice).
✅ Keep driveways and parking areas well-maintained all year round.
✅ Ensure outdoor spaces stay clean and welcoming.
✅ Maintain and repair gardening and grounds equipment.
✅ Oversee recycling efforts, including materials like cardboard and metal.
✅ Assist with building maintenance, trash removal, and production equipment care.
✅ Help with project work like boiler cleaning, light fabrication, periodic maintenance, and more.
✅ Follow all safety protocols to keep yourself and the team protected.
✅ Work independently, solving most challenges on your own but knowing when to ask for help.
✅ Occasionally train and mentor new team members.

🎯 Mechanically inclined and comfortable using outdoor equipment, hand tools, and shop machinery.
🎯 Experienced with commercial snow removal equipment.
