You’ll be responsible for curating product assortments, enhancing site navigation, and driving online sales, all while ensuring that our digital storefronts deliver an exceptional customer experience. As an e-Commerce Site Merchandising Manager, you’ll work in a fast-moving digital landscape, where creativity meets strategy. You’ll juggle data analytics, content presentation, site optimization, and campaign execution—all with the goal of delivering an exceptional online shopping experience. Expect a mix of collaboration, problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
What you will need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years in e-Commerce merchandising, with 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, Salesforce, etc.) and a strong understanding of SEO.
- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Balance brand aesthetics with conversion-driving strategies.
- Experience mentoring and managing a team of site merchandisers.
- Passion for fishing or outdoor recreation is a bonus!
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically.
