- Drive everything from ideation to launch—defining specs, coordinating prototypes, testing, and partnering with manufacturing.
- Guide pricing, margin mix, and investment strategy using your financial know-how.
- Partner with marketing, brand, sales, and operations to deliver products that make waves in the market.
- Create business cases, manage timelines through a stage gate process, and ensure every launch hits the water strong.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus

- Deep knowledge of Core Species fishing (Walleye, Crappie, Trout, Panfish)
- Proven track record in launching successful products
- Strong team leadership and project management skills
- Sharp analytical and strategic thinking abilities
