Do you have an eye for storytelling, a passion for video editing, and a love for the great outdoors? As a Sr. Editor at Pure Fishing, you’ll take raw footage and transform it into stunning, high-quality content that captivates fishing enthusiasts across multiple media platforms. You’ll collaborate with producers, videographers, and brand managers to bring compelling stories to life—whether it’s an epic catch, an inspiring angler’s journey, or the latest gear in action. If you thrive in a fast-paced creative environment and love shaping narratives, we want you on our team!

What you will do:

• Edit High-Quality Video Content – Assemble and enhance footage into compelling fishing stories.
• Create & Adapt Motion Graphics – Design or modify graphic elements to align with brand aesthetics.
• Master Color Grading & Audio Mixing – Ensure every project meets professional standards in sound and visuals.
• Organize & Archive Projects – Maintain a clean editing workflow with backups for long-term use.
• Collaborate with Creative Teams – Work alongside producers, videographers, and brand managers to achieve project goals.
• Contribute to Production – Offer technical and creative expertise throughout the video creation process.

Your work environment:

As a Sr. Editor, you’ll work in a highly creative space where collaboration is key. Expect a mix of editing, brainstorming, and problem-solving as you craft engaging content that enhances the Pure Fishing brand. Deadlines can be tight, but the reward is seeing your work connect with anglers worldwide.

What you will need to succeed:

• 8 years as a professional video editor.
• Advanced expertise in non-linear editing software, motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics tools.
• A self-starter who thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple projects at once.
• A sharp eye for detail and an ability to craft engaging visual stories.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to tackle creative challenges with innovative solutions.
