- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Creative, UX, Brand, Marketing, Wholesale, and Site Managers to ensure smooth project execution.

- Champion Best Practices – Train and support sub-teams in project management processes and tools.

- 4 years in project management, GTM execution, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
- Understanding of digital/DTC websites and retail marketing processes.
- Strong organization, communication, and multi-project management abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and a love for process optimization.
- Ability to pivot and prioritize in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- A love for fishing or outdoor recreation is a big plus!
