Job Description: Pure Green Farms (PGF) is currently seeking a Shipping Administrator who is responsible for performing a combination of shipping/operational, administrative & bookkeeping functions. The role requires excellent and proven accuracy & business acumen, communication, computer/technical and people skills to support our growing manufacturing, Controlled Environment Agriculture facility.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Staging and fulfillment of all customer orders with Shipping/Receiving Operators
- Maintaining shipping appointments and hours
- Ownership of finished goods and inventory after harvest and pack
- Receives and creates customer estimates, orders and invoices across multiple customer electronic platforms (ex. I-trade, Walmart) and prepares/enters those orders in QuickBooks or web-based portals Reconciles/batches all finished goods inventory with PGF production team in QuickBooks on a daily basis
- Process donations and customer samples, credits, or returns
- Monitors, coordinates and professionally corrects all customer order discrepancies; live, on the phone or via email.
- Coordinates/facilitates order shipments, Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork and deliveries; both outbound and inbound
- Production planning communication to harvest and pack team utilizing ERP inventory, open orders, and company databases.
- Assists with basic business bookkeeping tasks as required (ex. AP, AR, receipts, deposits)
- Serves as a member of the monthly raw material inventory team. Prepares, plans, coordinates all monthly physical hand counts of materials which are conducted at 7am and may occasionally occur throughout the year on Saturday mornings.
- Maintain food safety and quality processes associated with shipping
- Maintain shipping supplies and maintenance requests pertaining to the shipping areas
- Additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics
- High accuracy. Demonstrates, espouses and known for high attention to detail in daily work product
- Cross Departmental, “boots on the ground” attitude in assisting both the produce production team as well as the finance team in the daily execution of customer orders.
- Highly active, present and comfortable resolving problems both on the production floor as well as behind a computer
- Teamwork: Ability to motivate, lead and execute cross departmentally.
- Experienced with QuickBooks, and highly adaptable with various web-based portals and databases
- Must enjoy math and possess excellent basic arithmetic skills. Bookkeeping experience/skills preferred
- Excellent communications skills both in writing and verbally
- Fluent Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Multitasking in highly active, dynamic business environments
- Excellent diplomacy, problem solving skills
- Technologically comfortable and proficient
Requirements, Education and Experience:
- Previous factory/warehouse/manufacturing or product process environment, preferred.
- College Degree preferred; two-year associates, trade equivalent considered with relevant training and experience
- Advanced computer skills; proficiency with QuickBooks, MS Excel and MS Word; Bookkeeping skills preferred
- Availability and willingness to work occasional nights and weekends, as responsibilities and circumstances mandate
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and respectively.
- Fluent Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Working Conditions:
- Position requires sitting, standing, and walking on a regular basis for prolonged periods
- Position requires operating/learning to operate a pallet jack as needed
- Must be able to lift 40lbs

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
