Join Pure Hope Foundation as a Survivor Advocate, playing a critical role in providing restorative care to motivated women rebuilding their lives after trauma. Pure Hope Foundation operates "Hope Homes," therapeutic residential spaces offering a safe, supportive environment. This live-in position is your chance to directly impact lives while embracing a purpose-driven mission. What you’ll do: Provide direct case management and mentorship to residents (interns) in a familial, trauma-informed culture. Assist with executing daily schedules, activities, and curriculum. Conduct intakes, help screen candidates, and manage transitional paperwork. Mentor and teach life skills, financial literacy, and educational goals (e.g., GED preparation). Plan and participate in adventure activities, outings, and life coaching sessions. Support household needs like transportation, maintenance, and shopping. Maintain accurate resident documentation and contribute to community collaborations. Who You Are: A compassionate individual with a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in social services, counseling, or a related field. Experienced in working with social service organizations and/or survivors of trauma (preferred). Skilled in crisis management with a strong sense of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. Flexible, organized, and able to thrive in a 24/7 residential environment. Adept at building trust and fostering growth through trauma-informed care. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within a residential program serving human trafficking survivors. Knowledge of women’s issues and trauma-informed care practices.
