Job Summary
The Shipping Helper will assist with general warehouse operations, including line work, stacking boxes, and dock support. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of shipments, maintaining organization, and supporting the overall efficiency of the shipping department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with stacking and organizing boxes on pallets
- Support the dock team with loading and unloading shipments
- Ensure proper handling and movement of goods within the warehouse
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping area
- Follow company safety protocols and procedures
- Perform other shipping-related tasks as assigned
Requirements and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse or shipping experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Working Conditions:

- Work is performed in a warehouse setting, with exposure to varying temperatures
