What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Clinical Lead position at Pure Infusion Suites?
Position Summary:
As a Clinical Lead at the Montana Arthritis Center, you will support our doctors, staff and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The position requires you to be comfortable with infusion and working by yourself alongside office staff. You will specialize in the administration of IV therapy treatments for patients with autoimmune disorders.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the clinical lead for Montana Arthritis Center
Assess patient symptoms and provide care accordingly
Create policy and procedures for staff to follow regarding patient care
Place orders for infusion therapy
Document patient status and changes to health histories
Provide comfortable IV infusion therapies to patients
Perform IV sticks and blood draws
Safe handling of biologics while preparing for infusion therapies
Collaborate with providers to enhance patient care
Clinical lead for TSI NextGen operating system within the MAC
Communicate directly with EHR team to upgrade charting system
Deliver education to staff regarding new policies and updates to care
Oversee daily clinical functions within clinic
Available to staff for clinical inquiries related to patients
Provide training for new staff on clinical information and EHR system
Coordinate with providers to discuss EHR system issues to be resolved with NextGen staff
Manage narcotic registry for providers and employees
Point of contact for initial patient conflict resolution
Help Train and onboard new clinical staff
Required Knowledge and Skills
Minimum 1-2 years nursing experience
Comprehensive Nursing Assessment
Excellent patient assessment and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations
Excellent customer service skills

Education/Licensure/Technical Requirements
RN Degree, BSN Preferred
Current nursing license for applicable state
BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire
