What are the responsibilities and job description for the Risk Management Services Associate position at Pure Insurance?
About the role.
The Risk Management Services Team plays an integral role in helping our members to be safer in their homes. As part of this team, you will become an expert on loss prevention and provide our members with a personalized experience as you assist them in implementing measures that will help protect their homes and families. The Risk Management Services Associate will report to the Team Lead, Risk Management Services and will also contribute to projects and initiatives within the Risk Management Operations team.
What you’ll do.
- Provide tailored solutions for members as part of the ongoing PURE360 experience
- Build on the relationships established by our field Risk Management team and become an expert in preventing losses in high value homes
- Follow up on post-claim opportunities to help members reduce the likelihood of experiencing a similar loss
- Participate in loss prevention campaigns and partner with trusted local contractors to create a seamless member experience
- Create an exceptional member experience by creating a lasting relationship with the member based on trust and empathy.
- Identify and communicate underwriting concerns and estimate the replacement cost of a home during the virtual PURE360 experience.
- Maintain a working knowledge of nationwide claims trends and construction costs

- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, listening, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Passionate about establishing a trusted advisor relationship and walking people a process
- Integrity, empathy, and the ability to establish trust and credibility
- Able to work independently but thrive in a collaborative atmosphere exhibiting team spirit & enthusiasm
- Attention to detail and solid problem solving skills
- Agile learner who can quickly absorb information and apply it to current business situations
- Proficient in web applications as well as MS Office to include Excel, Word and Power Point.
- An established and strong academic, professional, and recreational profile that demonstrates the ability to work in a fast paced environment where multitasking and organizational skills are required

The base salary for this role is $53K, based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience.
