Perfect for upcoming graduates (Spring 2025), our Technology Analyst position is a dynamic, analytical role heavily focused on designing and developing software solutions.
Our Technology Analysts will exhibit intellectual curiosity, passion, adaptability, detail orientation, and effective and empathetic communication skills, all of which they will use to develop into our next generation of IT leaders.
Technology Analysts will begin their career in a paid, comprehensive and team-oriented rotational training program environment. The training program begins in Summer 2025 and will provide new employees with a strong a strong foundation in high net-worth property and casualty insurance software solutions -this includes learning about PURE's policies and products, technology solutions, and the successful data analytic practices that shape our organization and differentiate us from our competitors.
PURE Technology Analysts will spend their first three months in our Warren, NJ office and will then be assigned to either Warren or our White Plains, NY (HQ) office depending on their team location. Analysts will be required to spend one day per week in White Plains. All Technology Analysts hired into the Summer 2025 Training Program will have full-time positions at PURE upon completion of the rotational program.
What you'll do.
- Participate in a training program that will allow you to engage in the full software development lifecycle for one of our core platforms (Policy, Claims, Billing, Salesforce, and Digital) in three functional rotations : Business Analysis, Development, and Production Support
- Gain an understanding of the principles of Agile development methodology.
- Learn how to :
Business Analysis Rotation :
Build the product backlog using Agile practices.
Analyze business requirements, design solutions and present them to Senior Architects for review and approval.
Analyze and respond to production support cases

The base salary for this role will be $70,000, based on a full-time work schedule. An individual's ultimate compensation varies depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience.
