What are the responsibilities and job description for the JUICE BAR BARISTA/TEAM MEMBER position at Pure Juice Bar?
***PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING*** MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY BOTH FOR DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS. Saturdays are required!
- The Team Members primary job function is to prepare menu items per the company standards. This includes, but is not limited to, the cold pressing juices, smoothies, acai bowls, salads, toast products and other seasonal items, cash handling, and customer service. Constant cleaning, prepping and restocking are also essential requirements of the job.
Responsibilities:
- Work constantly to uphold the companies values
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Deliver a quality product in a timely fashion
- Create engaging video content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
- Practice strong communication skills to communicate effectively with our guests, the shift leader on duty and the GM.
- Make decisions based on what is right for our customers
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Abide by all health code requirements to ensure the store maintains a 98% or above
- Manage all monetary exchanges in the store by taking orders and ringing up transactions
- Perform other duties assigned by management
- Adhere to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance
- Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling
Qualifications:
- Morning and evening availability from Monday-Saturday are needed. Saturday hours are required! Part-time hours, shifts change, some days will be mornings, some evenings.
- Can work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Can reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 50 pounds
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
