Lawn Care Specialist/Pesticide Control

PURE Lawn Management is located in Carl Junction, Missouri. We are a small family owned company that focuses primarily on the Lawn Treatment Applications (fertilizer and weed control or various pest control). We offer several other services that are geared toward making lawns and landscapes beautiful.

• Contract time is 7am-4pm Monday thru Friday.
• January and February 20-30 hours a week is expected.

Job Responsibilities for Spray Technician:

• As a Spray Technician you are responsible for properly mixing and applying herbicides, fungicides, fertilizer, or insecticides to trees, lawns, shrubs, or ornamental plants.
• Responsible for operating spray equipment machinery (pulling hose and ride-on sprayer spreaders).
• Responsible for operating company vehicle to perform applications. This includes maintaining a clean company vehicle.
• Great communication to the company office personnel and customers.
• Applicant needs to be in good physical shape to be able to walk and pull a hose across a lawn in a timely manner, multiple times a day. This also requires the applicant to be able to withstand outside summer temperatures.

Work Experience/Skills/Education:

• No experience/education is mandatory but starting pay could be influenced based on level of prior experience. All employees are required to complete an in-person and on-the-job interview as part of the hiring process as well as a drug test screening.
