Position Title: Assistant Store Manager

Location: 5702 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80220

Position Set Schedule: Must have open availability for all shifts.

Supervisor: Store Manager

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise dispensary staff.
• Ensure that all personnel are working efficiently and providing excellent customer service to include being compliant per MED rules and regulations.
• Cannabis sales.
• Directly reports to Store Manager and Upper Management.
• Help store meet their sales goals as well as coach your team to make their personal and team goals.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• Managerial and supervisory skills and experience
• Experience in cannabis sales (Recreational)
• Thorough knowledge of MED rules and requirements
• General computer skills
• MED Badge
• Advanced METRC training
• General cannabis knowledge – all forms of flower, concentrates, edibles and topical’s
• Closing/Opening qualified per SOP
• MUST HAVE CANNABIS SALES AND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow direction and keep current on all MED and company policy changes
• Perform shop audits in POS system
• Order cannabis flower via POS system
• Order company products via various systems
• Transfer shake to our in-house MIP
• Accept transfers in METRC and POS systems
• Approve submitted daily weight adjustments and make reflective adjustments in METRC
• Upload daily sales reports
• Ensure that all dispensary paperwork is processed, filed and maintained – compile end of month paperwork
• Monitor sales figures and trends via POS system reports
• Maintain familiarization with current deals and specials and communicate to dispensary staff
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, adjusted from back-stock
• Submit change orders and facilitate Blueline visits
• Run POS system reports for MED limits and inventory overview
• Track expiration dates and initiate sales accordingly
• Label and stage incoming product
• Execute POS system over-rides
• Keep cannabis inventory (including back-stock) organized as required by SOP
• Daily inventory of supplies and order as needed
• Perform patient/customer file audits
• Perform safe counts
• Perform other official duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Submit necessary invoices daily to our in-house Accountant

Work Environment:

• Standard 40-hour work week. Must be able to work training and position's set schedule.
• Working hours will be spent at the facility
• Moderate physical activity such as walking and lifting is required on a daily basis (able to lift at least 20 pounds, able to stand for long periods of time, able to bend, push, pull and reach)

License/Certification:

• Colorado MED badge (Required)
• Responsible Vendor Training Certificate (Preferred)
