Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Conduct custodial tasks such as vacuuming interiors, cleaning windows, and applying protective treatments.
- Drive to various locations to provide mobile detailing services as scheduled.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked for each job.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques and products to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Provide their own equipment, product, & vehicle.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of car wash techniques, buffing methods, and window tinting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet client schedules.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every job.
