Social Media Content Creator

Job Summary
As our Social Media Content Creator, engaging content that increases brand awareness and attracts new clients. You’ll have creative freedom to develop content strategies, post regularly, and engage with our audience to build our online community.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video and photo content for Instagram & TikTok
Create trending, viral-worthy content featuring our organic hair color, information about our organic line, hair extension technique, balayage, and beauty services
Manage posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and engagement strategies
Stay on top of beauty trends and social media trends to keep our content fresh
Build our brand identity and tell our story through creative visuals and messaging
Engage with followers and respond to comments to grow our online presence
Collaborate with our team to promote specials, events, and memberships

Grow our Instagram

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for social media marketing and content creation
Proficiency in video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Adobe, etc.)
Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices
Strong creative direction and ability to work independently
Ability to visit any of the 7 locations and capture in-salon content

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.42 - $26.00 per hour
