High Performance Fuel Injector Assembler and Test-Stand Operator

Stanadyne in Jacksonville, NC

On-Site

Shift: 5:00 am - 1:00 pm

Specific Duties

  • Operate various Diesel and Gasoline test-stands
  • Assemble Diesel Fuel pumps
  • Assemble Diesel Fuel Pump subassemblies
  • Assemble Diesel Head and Rotor subassemblies
  • Assemble High-Performance Fuel Injectors
  • Serialize Fuel pumps
  • Backflush produced parts while maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Follow housekeeping and Safety procedures in maintaining a neat and orderly work area.
  • Training on new product line requirements

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience operating Diesel Fuel pump test-stands
  • 5 years of experience assembling Diesel Fuel pump subassemblies
  • 5 years of manufacturing production experience
