Overview
We are seeking an English speaking dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of residential properties, ensuring that every space is spotless and welcoming.
Expected Pay: $400-700 per week 100% of tips.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols and standards.
- Handle commercial cleaning assignments as needed, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have their own cleaning supplies and transportation.
- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety procedures related to cleaning tasks.
